This semi-private setup includes access to both first floor studio rooms for up to 10 hours, making it ideal for collaborative multi-zone concepts, private consultations, styling sessions, product displays, or content-focused experiences. Hallway access is also included, offering additional opportunities for welcome areas, installations, or display extensions that enhance the guest journey.

BOOKINGS & TIMING - All bookings are confirmed only after a deposit is received. Setup and dismantling must be completed within the booked hours. Exceeding the time will incur an extra fee of 500 AED per hour.
EVENT MANAGEMENT - Clients are responsible for their event logistics, including setup, dismantling, and coordination with any vendors. Any changes in guest numbers or event details must be shared with us at least 24 hours in advance.
GUEST SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY - Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings. Ukiyo Studio is not liable for any injuries or lost property. Any vendors or setup crews hired are fully responsible for their actions and safety during the event.
COMPLIANCE - All events must comply with local laws, including health, safety, and fire regulations. Any fines resulting from non-compliance will be the client’s responsibility.
TERMINATION RIGHTS - Ukiyo Studio reserves the right to end any event if rules are not followed. In such cases, fees and deposits may be forfeited.
COOKING - The preparation or cooking of food on-site is strictly prohibited within the warehouse premises. However, external catering services and pre-prepared food may be permitted, provided prior written approval is obtained from UKIYO Studio.
OVERTIME CHARGES – An additional fee of AED 500 per hour will be added to the event fee for every hour that exceeds the allotted event time, including setup and dismantling periods.
Smoking is not allowed
For cancellations made Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the booking start time or more before the scheduled check-in date and time, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations made less than Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the booking start time before the scheduled check-in date will receive a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking cost.
