Designed for creators, entrepreneurs, and brands seeking a more personal connection with their audience, the first floor serves as a flexible blank canvas that can easily adapt to your vision. The industrial character of Ukiyo remains present throughout the space, creating a sophisticated atmosphere that feels both authentic and inspiring.

This semi-private setup includes access to both first floor studio rooms for up to 10 hours, making it ideal for collaborative multi-zone concepts, private consultations, styling sessions, product displays, or content-focused experiences. Hallway access is also included, offering additional opportunities for welcome areas, installations, or display extensions that enhance the guest journey.

The format allows your brand to maintain a dedicated and curated presence while Ukiyo continues to operate subtly in the background, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience. It is a budget-friendly option tailored for solo creators, niche offerings, and emerging brands looking to create meaningful interactions in a thoughtfully designed setting.
