Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the booking start time
Guest Refund Rules
Cancel 24+ hours before booking start → 100% refund, including service fees
Cancel less than 24 hours before booking start → 50% refund
Host Payout Rules
Canceled 24+ hours before booking start → No host payout
Canceled less than 24 hours before booking start → Host receives 50% payout

Free cancellation up to 3 days (72 hours) before booking start

Cancel 72+ hours before booking start → 100% refund
Cancel less than 72 hours before booking start → 50% refund

No refunds are provided for early departures or unused time once the booking has started.
In cases of events beyond reasonable control (including natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety emergencies), Shuttrd reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings without penalty, at its sole discretion.
All platform service fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
