What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is time-based: • Cancellations 12+ hours before check-in: Full refund • Cancellations less than 12 hours before check-in: 80% refund (20% cancellation fee) • Cancellations after check-in time or no-shows: No refund Please note that booking fees and service charges are non-refundable regardless of when you cancel.

How long does it take to receive a refund after cancellation?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation request and will be issued to your original payment method. Please ensure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation from our team.

How can I modify my booking?

Modifications are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Please note that reducing your booking value may incur a modification fee, while increasing it may result in additional charges, subject to availability.

What happens if I need to leave early?

No refunds are provided for early departures or unused nights once you have checked in. This policy applies to all bookings regardless of circumstances.

How do I submit a cancellation request?

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing either via email at team@shuttrd.com or through our booking platform. You must receive a confirmation from our team for the cancellation to be considered processed.

What happens in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances?

In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters or government actions), we reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings without penalty. These situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
