Horse welfare comes first - follow the club team's direction at all times, anywhere on the estateDo not enter arenas, paddocks, barns or stalls without a member of the club team presentDo not touch, feed, lead or move any horse without a handler - this includes treats brought on siteKeep a calm, quiet voice near the barns and paddocks - no shouting, running or sudden movement around horsesNo flash, strobes or reflectors near horses without prior clearance from the teamDrone flying is not permitted without prior written approval, and never above or near horsesAmplified music is allowed only in the clubhouse and lawn areas, at a level agreed with the teamSmoking is not allowed anywhere on the estate, and no naked flame, pyrotechnics, sparklers or smoke machines at any timeAlcohol is not permitted without prior written approvalVehicles may use only the marked access routes and parking areas - never the arenas or lawns without approvalNothing may be fixed, taped, pinned or drilled into fencing, barn structures, glazing or joineryProps, cables, glass and waste must be kept clear of arenas, paddocks and barn aisles - loose items are a hazard to horsesEvery gate must be closed behind you, every timeClosed-toe shoes are required in the barns, arenas and paddocksChildren must be supervised at all times and kept away from fencing, arenas and stallsCrew size must match the booking - additional attendees must be declared in advanceNo confetti, glitter or loose powder anywhere on the estateFurniture may be repositioned and must be returned to its original position before checkoutAny additional service - horses, riders, wellness sessions, catering, furniture - must be requested and confirmed before the booking date
