Smoking, vaping and open flames are not allowed anywhere in the studio
Pets are not allowed without prior approval

Profoto, Aputure and all studio equipment must be handled only by or with the studio administrator
Your booked slot includes setup and pack down; overtime is charged at the hourly rate
Outdoor shoes off on the cyclorama and on upholstered furniture, or please use covers
Designer furniture, props and decor may be moved with the administrator and must be returned to their original positions
No food or open drinks on the furniture, backdrops or cyclorama; water with a lid is fine
Setup of the first paper backdrop is free, each additional backdrop setup is charged, and damaged paper is charged at 50 AED per metre cut
No adhesives, nails, tape or paint on walls, panelling, backdrops or floors
Glitter, confetti, powder, paint and water effects need written approval in advance
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times
Guests are responsible for their own equipment and for any damage caused to the studio
For cancellations made Free cancellation up to 3 days (72 hours) before booking start or more before the scheduled check-in date and time, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations made less than Free cancellation up to 3 days (72 hours) before booking start before the scheduled check-in date will receive a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking cost.
