The ground floor runs as one connected sequence. A walnut pivot door opens onto a mirrored hall with a curved oak staircase under a cascading crystal chandelier. From there the kitchen, dining room and two reception rooms open into each other, so you can shoot a long sightline through the house or close off a single room.
The kitchen is a working one and reads beautifully on camera: cream fluted cabinetry with walnut accents, a Calacatta-look quartz waterfall peninsula with gold veining, Bosch ovens, a gas hob, glass-front display cabinets and a brass linear chandelier over braided gold bar stools.
The dining room seats eight to ten at an oval marble table under a gold crystal blossom chandelier, against a sculpted white relief art panel, with bifold glass straight onto the lawn. Both reception rooms carry curved cream velvet sofas, boucle swivel chairs, round marble coffee tables and backlit gold-framed artwork.
Upstairs there is a landing family nook, a master suite with a fluted headboard, gold-framed mirrored wardrobes, a glass-fronted walk-in closet and a private balcony, and a children's room with an illuminated hot-air-balloon mural. The bathrooms are a set in themselves: book-matched dark marble with gold brassware, and two Calacatta marble ensuites with freestanding tubs, twin basins, backlit niches and walk-in rain showers.
Outside, a lawn wraps the house on three sides, with festoon lighting overhead, a white pergola, a wide porcelain terrace, a timber deck off the living room, a vertical living green wall with an illuminated sign, and a covered carport for two cars.
