Inside, the ground floor runs as a connected set of rooms on polished marble with a dark inlay border, deeply corniced and trayed ceilings and full-height cream drapes. The main reception is dressed in cream and stone with gilt-framed classical oils, and holds a white baby grand piano with a drum kit, congas and PA speakers, so live sessions work without bringing anything in. A second sitting room sits behind a draped archway, a curved staircase with a wrought-iron balustrade rises past a large portrait canvas, and the entrance hall opens through arched navy doors onto Persian rugs. The kitchen is dark espresso with a black herringbone splashback and an island, formal dining seats eight to ten, and guest bathrooms serve the floor.
Outside, a large rectangular pool sits on a stone deck under beige shade sails, with sun loungers along one side and teak lounge sets in green cushions at the other. A long teak table seats around twelve on a herringbone timber deck beside it. Past the pool the garden opens into a broad lawn with mature trees and stepping-stone paths, with the white villa facade and its external stair behind.
Because both halves come together, the day can move: portraits and interiors in the morning light indoors, lunch at the long table, the shoot or the party moving out to the pool as the sun drops.
