Event Venue for 200 People with LED Screen and AV, Al Quoz
A large-format screen is mounted permanently on the main wall with column array speakers either side, and a second, much larger screen faces it from the opposite end, so presentations, showreels and live feeds work in both directions without rigging a thing. The grid overhead carries moving-head profiles, PAR cans and track spots on DMX, with rigging points across the ceiling for anything you bring in.
The room comes with its own furniture: modular staging and risers, two hundred event chairs, long banquet and conference tables, and wire-frame cocktail poseurs, so it converts from theatre-style seating to a seated dinner to a standing reception within the same booking.
Behind the hall is a proper backstage dressing room with lit vanity mirrors, a mirrored wall, counter seating, wardrobe rails and a washbasin, which makes it workable for talent, speakers and performers rather than a room you have to build around.
Best for conferences, product launches and brand activations, award ceremonies and gala dinners, screenings and premieres, panel talks and town halls, fashion shows and showcases, concerts and live performance, multi-camera filming and live streaming, exhibitions, and receptions for up to two hundred.
A large sliding industrial door gives ground floor load-in straight to the floor, with three phase power, floor power points, air conditioning, high-speed internet, on-site parking and CCTV. Al Quoz 1 is minutes from Sheikh Zayed Road and Alserkal Avenue.

For cancellations made Free cancellation up to 3 days (72 hours) before booking start or more before the scheduled check-in date and time, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations made less than Free cancellation up to 3 days (72 hours) before booking start before the scheduled check-in date will receive a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking cost.
