Deeper in, the rooms turn softer and warmer: gold leaf alcoves behind glass shelving, a mirrored wall that doubles the depth of the space, glass vitrines on microcement plinths and a burl wood consultation table. Twin arched niches run over a continuous curved stone bench.
A glazed shopfront framed by an arched stone portal and full-height green velvet drapes brings in the only daylight, so the room can be shot warm and enclosed or opened up to the street.
Best for homeware and product photography, still life and tabletop work, lifestyle and lookbook shoots, brand content and reels, interview and podcast filming, press previews and launch receptions, and location filming that needs a high-end retail interior.
Everything is lit and styled as you see it, with track spots on an exposed black services ceiling, dimmable display lighting, air conditioning, high-speed internet, on-site parking and ground floor loading access. Al Quoz 1 is minutes from Sheikh Zayed Road and Alserkal Avenue.
