Meeting Rooms for Team Sessions in Trade Center, Dubai (Up to 8 People)
Two rooms seat six to eight people each around a boardroom table, with a wall-mounted Smart TV for screen sharing, a whiteboard, high-speed internet and unlimited coffee and tea served through the session. A larger conference room seats up to sixteen and can be booked as an add-on when you need the whole team in one place.
Best for client meetings, board and investor sessions, interviews, training and workshops, team offsites, appraisal days, consultations, and small filmed interviews or podcast recordings that need a clean corporate backdrop.
Included with every booking: Smart TV with screen sharing, whiteboard and markers, high-speed Wi-Fi, coffee and tea, filtered water, and reception meet-and-greet for your guests. Printing is available at AED 0.5 per page black and white and AED 1 per page colour.
Rooms run 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Half-day (4 hours) and full-day (8 hours) packages are available as add-ons. Paid visitor parking is available in the DWTC car parks directly below the tower.
The tower sits on Sheikh Zayed Road at Trade Centre roundabout, a short walk from DWTC metro, with Emirates Towers, DIFC and Downtown Dubai all within a ten-minute drive.

Cancellations made less than Free cancellation up to 3 days (72 hours) before booking start before the scheduled check-in date will receive a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking cost.
