The villa reads as a run of connected zones you can shoot back to back: a shaded lounge terrace of carved daybeds under white parasols, a covered pergola dining area with a long timber table for eight beneath woven palm fans, a curtained cabana, a hammock slung between trees, and planted courtyards of bougainvillea and bird-of-paradise. Cool white interiors and patterned outdoor tiling give you a second palette when you want the light softer.
Best for fashion editorials, lifestyle and beauty campaigns, swimwear and menswear lookbooks, jewellery and product photography, e-commerce flat-lays, bridal and engagement portraits, maternity, influencer and brand content, and small-crew video.
All furniture and props at the villa are included and can be moved around to build the set you want. There is a bathroom on site, daylight through the day and ceiling fans in the shaded areas.
Bookings run from a two-hour minimum. A full day is 09:00 to 17:00 including setup and takedown; half days are 09:00 to 13:00 or 14:00 to 18:00 with a cleaning buffer between them, and morning slots need the villa vacated by 13:00. Extra setup or overrun time is AED 650 per hour, arranged in advance. Shoot dates are non-refundable and non-transferable, and the Nomad pool areas sit with Villa 1 rather than this booking.
Jumeirah 2 puts you a short drive from Jumeirah Beach Road, La Mer and City Walk, with street parking directly outside the villa.
