Cement Hall is Fabric.a Studios' flagship 1,500 sqft (139 sqm) photo and video studio in Barsha Heights (Tecom), Dubai - a raw concrete-toned space combining a 7 x 6 metre cyclorama with three fully styled interior zones you can shoot in the same session.
A large panoramic window floods the hall with direct daylight, while a 3.5 metre ceiling gives you room for boom arms, backdrops and overhead lighting. The hall is rented as a whole, so your cast and crew have complete privacy from load-in to wrap.
Professional lighting is included in the hourly rate: Profoto D2 500 (3 pcs) and Godox SK-400 (3 pcs) strobes, Nanlite FC-500 and Aputure 600D continuous heads, Profoto Octabox 120cm, softboxes, reflectors, stripbox, Chinaball lantern, spot/projection attachment, fresnel lens, colour gels, umbrellas and a liquid mirror. An in-studio assistant steams and prepares wardrobe, carries gear from your car and makes coffee, and an in-house lighting photographer sets the lights to your brief - both at no extra cost.
The hall has its own makeup station, private washroom, isolated changing room and storage. A separate makeup room can be booked in advance through the studio manager.
Ideal for fashion editorials, e-commerce and product photography, portrait sessions, brand campaigns, lookbooks, corporate headshots, music videos, interviews and content days. Minimum booking is one hour, with the studio team reachable daily from 10:00 to 22:00. Free parking on site, five minutes from Sheikh Zayed Road and close to JLT, Dubai Marina and Media City.
