The ground floor holds 2 connected zones in an open-floor plan: a bright, energetic main area and a dimmer, cozier corner beside it, together accommodating up to 70 guests standing or 50 seated at tables. 2 terraces extend the space outdoors: a wide front terrace for up to 20 people, best suited to outdoor events, and a smaller, more sheltered back terrace for up to 10, ideal for interviews and casual meetups.

Throughout the venue, decor blends a neutral palette of white, beige, and light brown with colorful, Colombia-inspired wall murals, giving every floor its own character while keeping the overall space cohesive.

As Juan Valdez's flagship Dubai location, the cafe also carries an authentic Colombian coffee identity, with more than 30 coffee options sourced directly from Colombian growing families and a central coffee bar on the ground floor.
