- The upper floor features a floor-to-ceiling window running the length of one wall, keeping the room naturally lit through the day while staying quieter than the level below, a fitting setting for private workshops and small events capped at 25 guests.

- A rooftop level adds further outdoor space, open year-round in winter and available on request during summer, with a simple layout suited to smaller gatherings of up to 20 seated or 35 standing.
