All bookings adhere to shuttrd's Cancellation Policy. For cancellations made 12 hours or more before the scheduled check-in date and time, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled check-in date and time will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the booking value. Cancellations made within the scheduled check-in date and time, or in the case of a no-show, will result in the forfeiture of the total booking amount. No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused nights once the guest has checked in. Any booking fees or service charges are non-refundable.
