1. Furniture Use & Protection All BRETON furniture is part of a curated design environment and must be treated with the utmost care. Prohibited actions include: Standing, stepping, or sitting in a way that may cause damage. Placing bags, equipment, or props on surfaces not designated for use. Using tools, materials, or applying pressure that may scratch, stain, or alter the appearance of any piece. A minimum number of BRETON furniture pieces must remain in place for brand consistency. Any request to move or remove furniture must: Be submitted in writing. Be pre-approved. May incur a handling fee for professional relocation. May be denied if it affects brand standards. External décor items must not be attached to BRETON furniture, walls, or ceilings without written approval. If any damage occurs, the client will be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement as assessed by BRETON.
2. Conduct & Behavior Smoking, Vaping or Electric Cigarets are allowed and pets are not allowed on the premises. Guests, vendors, and production crew must behave professionally at all times. BRETON furniture is not to be used casually or carelessly during event setup, production, or breaks. Any conduct that threatens the integrity of the furniture, the space, or BRETON staff will not be tolerated.
3. Partial Use & Shared Spaces When the venue is rented partially (not exclusively), all attendees must remain within their allocated zones. BRETON’s in-store team may provide instructions to ensure that adjacent areas remain undisturbed. Any unauthorized use of shared areas, disruption to operations, or non-compliance will result in termination of the event without refund.
4. Photography, Filming & Content All photo and video shoots (including influencer content, ambassador work, and commercial filming) must: Be pre-approved by BRETON. Credit BRETON for use of the space and furniture. Not misrepresent the brand environment, remove key design elements, or alter the curated look. Not use BRETON logos, trademarks, or intellectual property without prior written permission. BRETON reserves the right to decline or request edits to any content that misaligns with its brand identity.
5. Vendors, Crew & Liability Clients may bring their own vendors only if allowed under their rental package. Vendor details must be shared for coordination and compliance. BRETON reserves the right to request insurance or certification from third-party vendors. The client is responsible for any damage caused by vendors, guests, or crew members. For large setups, proof of insurance and/or a refundable security deposit may be required.
6. Timing & Guest Capacity Booking time includes setup and breakdown. Overtime beyond agreed hours will incur additional fees. Events must conclude by 11:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The standard guest capacity is 50 people. Larger gatherings require prior written approval.
7. Music & Noise Live music and amplified sound are permitted within reasonable limits. Outdoor music must be reduced after 9:30 PM to respect the neighborhood and comply with local regulations.
8. Booking, Payment & Cancellation A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid 5 days prior to the event. Cancellations less than 7 days before the event may be non-refundable. In case of any misconduct while the event or activations is in process, BRETON reserves the right to cancel the activations without any refund and invoicing any damage occurred. Force majeure events (e.g., government closures, weather) will be assessed case by case.
9. Use Restrictions & Brand Alignment The venue cannot be sublet or transferred to third parties. All event concepts, brand usage, and guest lists must be approved at least 5 working days in advance. BRETON reserves the right to host only those events aligned with its brand ethos. Events related to political, illegal, or misaligned purposes are not permitted and will be rejected at BRETON’s sole discretion.
10. Breach of Terms – Right to Terminate BRETON reserves the right to suspend or terminate any shoot or event—without refund—if: The space is misused. Staff, furniture, or brand representation is harmed. Clients or crew breach any of the above terms. All damages or losses will be charged to the client based on the assessed value.
