72 38A St - Al Araibi - Ras Al Khaimah - United Arab Emirates

Strict Cancellation Policy

A modern villa in Al Araibi, Ras Al Khaimah with two pools, a shaded deck and an open-plan living floor, from 299 AED per hour or 2,500 for the day, with room for 25 on site.

THE SPACE
The outdoor area is the draw. A full-length swimming pool and a second, smaller plunge pool sit side by side on a pale stone deck, enclosed by high white boundary walls that keep the frame clean and the set private. A large black cantilever canopy shades a patterned-tile area beside the water, with an ornamental metal screen behind it. Sun loungers face the pool, an outdoor shower sits against the wall, and the villa's tall glazed facade reflects the sky across the whole elevation. Lit from inside the water after dark, the pool turns deep turquoise against the wall lighting, so the night set is as usable as the day one.

Inside, the living floor is open-plan beneath a high cove ceiling with concealed lighting and a branched chandelier. A grey sectional faces a wall-mounted screen on a timber console, with a heavy reclaimed-wood coffee table and a pair of carved dark-wood armchairs adding a traditional note against the modern shell. A breakfast bar with three industrial bar stools divides the living area from a white kitchen set behind chevron timber panelling. A bedroom in light oak with an upholstered headboard, and a first-floor sitting area set into full-height glazing, complete the shootable spaces.

BEST FOR
Swimwear and resortwear, beauty and skincare, fitness and wellness content, lifestyle and interiors stills, product and tabletop against clean white walls, music videos, talking-head interviews, and golden-hour or night pool sequences.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Exclusive use of the villa and both pools for your booked window, with the loungers, deck furniture and canopy already in place. Natural light through full-height glazing on the pool elevation, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, restrooms, tables and chairs, a working kitchen and parking on the villa's own driveway. The pool is cleaned and the deck reset between bookings.

ACCESS AND LOGISTICS
38A Street, Al Araibi, Ras Al Khaimah - roughly an hour from Dubai International Airport and a short drive from the RAK corniche. Parking is on the driveway and the street immediately outside. The pool deck and outdoor areas are at ground level with no steps, so carts, trolleys and flight cases roll straight through. Message the host on WhatsApp when you are on your way so access can be coordinated.

NEARBY
Al Araibi sits inland from the corniche, within reach of Al Hamra, Al Nakheel and Al Qusaidat for food and crew supplies, and on the road out toward Jebel Jais if you are pairing the villa with mountain locations.
