Warehouse no 1 9th St - Nadd Al Hamar - Dubai - United Arab Emirates

Firm Cancellation Policy

A 1,243 sq ft warehouse venue in Nadd Al Hamar for up to 30 guests, from 500 AED per hour with a three-hour minimum. AV is rigged before you arrive and two staff are on site for the whole booking.

THE SPACE
The same room that works as a production studio converts to an audience space. Fifteen moveable walls let you set the room as a flat-floor presentation space, a corner stage against the 8-metre Infinity Cove, or a divided layout with a reception area and a main room. The cove gives a clean white backdrop for branding and projection, the rigged grid handles the lighting, and a dressed lounge set with sofas and an arched alcove works as a breakout or interview corner. A makeup station and private changing room are available for speakers and talent.

BEST FOR
Workshops and masterclasses, product launches and brand activations, panel discussions, screenings and premieres, press days, team offsites and training, and filmed events where the room needs to look good on camera as well as in person.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Two staff on site, AV rigged before arrival, Bluetooth sound system, Wi-Fi, 32A three-phase power, mini fridge, fans and sandbags, makeup station and private changing room. Ground-floor drive-in load-in through a roll-up door and covered parking for up to 12 vehicles. Outside catering can be dropped off; additional lighting, microphones, screens and backdrops can be added from the rental catalogue - see the add-ons on this listing.

ACCESS AND LOGISTICS
Warehouse no. 1, Street 9, Nadd Al Hamar, Dubai, roughly 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport and 20 from Downtown. Open 24 hours; events running outside 08:00 to 22:00 need to be flagged at booking. Capacity is 30 people in total - crew, speakers and guests - and groups over 20 should give notice so parking and reception can be prepared. The venue sits in a commercial warehouse zone, so reasonable noise is fine at any hour.

NEARBY
Nadd Al Hamar sits between Ras Al Khor and Mirdif, minutes from Dubai Festival City, with Mirdif City Centre and Dubai Festival City Mall the closest options for catering and guest parking overflow.
