Warehouse no 1 9th St - Nadd Al Hamar - Dubai - United Arab Emirates

Firm Cancellation Policy

A built podcast set in Nadd Al Hamar with cameras, microphones and an operator included, from 490 AED per hour. The set seats up to four people and the studio runs 24/7.

THE SPACE
The podcast set is a dressed room rather than a bare corner: dark patterned wallpaper, an arched alcove behind a heavy green curtain, grey sofas, a floor lamp and timber flooring, lit to sit comfortably on camera. Cameras and microphones stay rigged, and an operator runs the session so your guests can arrive and talk. Three plans are available - recording only, recording with editing, or live streaming to Zoom, YouTube or OBS. The shell is treated for sound and a green room keeps the set quiet between takes.

BEST FOR
Video podcasts and interview series, founder and executive interviews, panel conversations up to four people, talking-head content for social, remote and hybrid recordings, and live-streamed sessions.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
The set, the camera and microphone rig, and an operator for the session. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth sound system, mini fridge, private changing room and makeup station are on site. Editing is included on the recording-and-editing plan; behind-the-scenes coverage, highlight reels, full episode edits and additional camera operators are quoted separately. Extra cameras, lenses, lighting, lavalier and wireless microphones and a teleprompter can be added from the rental catalogue - see the add-ons on this listing.

ACCESS AND LOGISTICS
Warehouse no. 1, Street 9, Nadd Al Hamar, Dubai, about 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport. Ground-floor drive-in access through a roll-up door, no stairs or lift, and covered parking for up to 12 vehicles. The studio is open 24 hours; sessions outside 08:00 to 22:00 need to be flagged at booking. The podcast set is capped at four people.
