Warehouse no 1 9th St - Nadd Al Hamar - Dubai - United Arab Emirates

Firm Cancellation Policy

A 1,243 sq ft production studio in Nadd Al Hamar with an 8-metre Infinity Cove, fifteen moveable walls and a rigged lighting grid, from 350 AED per hour with a two-hour minimum. A studio assistant is on site for every booking, and the space runs 24/7.

THE SPACE
The Infinity Cove is the centrepiece: a seamless white curve that gives you a horizonless background for full-length fashion, moving talent, vehicles-scale props and anything that needs to float. Fifteen moveable walls let the same room be reconfigured into a hard-walled set, a corner, or a narrow corridor without a build. Overhead sits a rigged grid with a large dome diffuser, and the standard kit includes two flash heads with parabolic softboxes on stands. A separate dressed lounge set - dark patterned wallpaper, an arched alcove behind a green curtain, sofas and timber flooring - handles interviews and warmer lifestyle work. Off the floor there is a private changing room and a lit makeup station with twin mirrors along a slatted timber wall.

BEST FOR
Fashion and e-commerce on white, lookbooks and campaign stills, product and tabletop with tethered capture, activewear and fitness content, corporate interviews and talking heads, music videos, and content days that need several looks without leaving the room.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Studio assistant on site, a lighting kit with two flash units, makeup station, private changing room, Bluetooth sound system, Wi-Fi, 32A three-phase power, mini fridge, fans and sandbags. Ground-floor drive-in load-in through a roll-up door - no stairs, no lift. Covered parking for up to 12 vehicles is held for your booking. A catalogue of 126 rental items - cameras, lenses, lighting, modifiers, grip, audio and backdrops - is available on top of the standard kit; see the add-ons on this listing.

ACCESS AND LOGISTICS
Warehouse no. 1, Street 9, Nadd Al Hamar, Dubai - roughly 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport and 20 from Downtown. The studio is open 24 hours a day; shoots running outside 08:00 to 22:00 need to be flagged at booking. Capacity is 30 people across crew, talent and guests, and crews over 20 should give notice so parking and reception can be prepared. Rates step down after the second hour, from 350 to 300 AED per hour.

NEARBY
Nadd Al Hamar sits between Ras Al Khor and Mirdif, with Dubai Festival City and the Ras Al Khor industrial strip a few minutes away for equipment, print and fabrication, and Mirdif City Centre for food and crew parking overflow.
