United Arab Emirates, Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Costra Business Park

Moderate Cancellation Policy

The Concrete room is the industrial room at ROOMS Studio in Dubai Production City: 40 sqm with a 3.9 m ceiling, a poured concrete floor, floor to ceiling windows and hard morning sunlight, from 420 AED per hour with a one hour minimum.

THE SPACE
Raw texture, designer furniture and a deliberately restrained palette. A dark walnut slatted feature wall runs down one side, facing white walls and a bare concrete floor under exposed ceiling services picked out in red. Linen curtains soften the window light when you want it diffused and open up for hard shadows when you do not. The furniture is the draw: a cream Togo style modular sofa, an oxblood leather modular sofa, a brushed stainless steel plinth, a shearling topped stool, clear acrylic chairs, a cowhide and chrome sling chair, a leaning full length mirror, a timber bench and period pieces including a chrome fan and a retro radio.

BEST FOR
Edgy fashion and streetwear, moody portraits and headshots, cinematic video and music video, denim and footwear campaigns, watch and jewellery still life on the steel plinth, menswear lookbooks, interviews and talking head content, and brand work that needs texture rather than a white box.
