Moderate Cancellation Policy

A two-bedroom apartment in Liwan, finished in warm neutrals against dark joinery, and set up so that almost every corner of it works on camera.

The living room runs open-plan with herringbone oak underfoot, an oversized woven raffia chandelier overhead and a rust terracotta sofa as the anchor. Full-height glazing opens onto a long private balcony with timber loungers and open skyline views, which gives you a bright exterior set without leaving the apartment.

The kitchen is the strongest backdrop in the place: dark matte cabinetry against a dramatic veined stone splashback that carries over the counter, with a gas hob, integrated appliances and a dark dining table with sage green chairs.

The master bedroom is built around an arched beige plaster wall under a capiz shell chandelier, with a timber bed and dark fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom is lighter and softer, with a black cane bed frame, mauve curtains and a timber dresser under a round mirror. Both bathrooms are finished in stone, one dark with framed artwork and a stone pillar, the other with a backlit mirror, a timber vanity and a walk-in glass shower beside a window.

Best for lifestyle and interiors photography, fashion and editorial shoots, brand content and reels, skincare and beauty campaigns, product photography, cooking and food content, interviews and podcast filming, small intimate gatherings, and any production that wants several distinct looks in one booking.

Photography service can be provided on request.

Air conditioning throughout, high-speed WiFi, full kitchen access, two bathrooms, a private balcony, lift access and parking on site. Liwan sits off Dubai-Al Ain Road in Dubailand, with easy access to Academic City, Silicon Oasis and Downtown.
