10 19 Street - Al Qouz Ind.first - Al Quoz - Dubai - United Arab Emirates

Moderate Cancellation Policy

The bedrooms at Someone's House are finished as fully dressed sets, which makes them a production location rather than somewhere to sleep. They sit inside the venue on Al Khayat Avenue in Al Quoz 1 and can be booked on their own by the hour.

The main bedroom pairs microcement walls and a timber-board ceiling with a backlit frosted-glass wardrobe wall, a marble console that doubles as a desk, deep green velvet curtains and warm concrete floors. The ensuite is cut entirely in travertine, with a walk-in rain shower, a stone bench, an integrated stone basin and brushed-nickel fittings. Alongside them sit a salon with exposed brick, distressed plaster and a long olive velvet banquette, and a dining room with a burl-wood table, cane and boucle chairs and patterned terrazzo underfoot.

Best for fashion and beauty editorials, lingerie and sleepwear campaigns, skincare and fragrance product shoots, hotel and interiors photography, lookbooks, bridal and boudoir portraits, interview and podcast filming, music videos, and short-form brand content that needs a residential set with a finished look.

Every room is lit and dressed as you see it, with practical lamps throughout and dimmable lighting you can set to taste. There is a private bathroom on the floor for changing, high-speed internet, air conditioning, on-site parking and CCTV in the common areas. Furniture and styling pieces can be moved to build the frame you want.

The rooms sit in the same building as the main event floor, so a shoot can spill into the main hall or the planted atrium if you book both. Al Quoz 1 is minutes from Sheikh Zayed Road and Alserkal Avenue, with easy loading access for equipment.
