Sheikh Rashid Tower - Level 19 Sheikh Zayed Rd - DWTC - Dubai - United Arab Emirates

Moderate Cancellation Policy

MAKTABI's private offices are fully enclosed, lockable suites high in Sheikh Rashid Tower at Dubai World Trade Centre, ranging from 365 to 570 square feet and fitted for twelve to twenty desks with the city skyline through floor-to-ceiling glass.

Each office comes furnished with desks, ergonomic chairs and storage, its own door for privacy and high-speed internet on a dedicated line. The largest suite, 570 square feet with twenty desks, suits a whole team for a project sprint or an offsite; the smaller 365 and 452 square foot suites work well for a focused group of eight to eighteen.

Best for team offsites and project sprints, temporary project offices, client and board meetings, interview and assessment days, training sessions, and corporate photography or filmed interviews that need a real private office rather than a set.

Included with every booking: furnished desks and ergonomic chairs, high-speed Wi-Fi, unlimited coffee and tea, filtered water, break-out lounge, reception meet-and-greet, restrooms and 24-hour building access. Meeting and conference rooms can be added on, and printing is available at AED 0.5 per page black and white and AED 1 per page colour.

For longer stays MAKTABI licenses these offices from AED 22,999 per month, including visa quota, a Dubai business address, monthly meeting-room hours, a printing allowance and parking for suites of four desks or more. Ask the host for the full terms.

The tower is on Sheikh Zayed Road at Trade Centre roundabout, a short walk from DWTC metro, with paid visitor parking in the DWTC car parks directly below and DIFC, Emirates Towers and Downtown Dubai a short drive away.
