Sheikh Rashid Tower - Level 19 Sheikh Zayed Rd - DWTC - Dubai - United Arab Emirates

Moderate Cancellation Policy

MAKTABI's co-working floor is a quiet, daylit shared workspace high in Sheikh Rashid Tower at Dubai World Trade Centre, where you can take a desk by the hour instead of signing for a whole office.

Desks run along the window line with the Dubai skyline in front of them, each with power, ergonomic seating and high-speed internet. Book a single desk for focused work or take a block of up to ten for a visiting team, with break-out seating and a pantry a few steps away and coffee and tea included for as long as you are here.

Best for remote and hybrid workers, visiting teams and consultants, freelancers between client meetings, founders working out of Dubai for a stretch, study and exam prep, interview days, and content or product shoots that need a credible working-office backdrop.

Included with every booking: high-speed Wi-Fi, power at every desk, ergonomic chairs, unlimited coffee and tea, filtered water, break-out lounge, restrooms and reception meet-and-greet. Meeting rooms can be added on, and printing is available at AED 0.5 per page black and white and AED 1 per page colour.

If you need the desk beyond a single session, MAKTABI's memberships run from AED 750 per month for a flexi desk and AED 1,250 per month for a dedicated desk, both including a Dubai business address and 24-hour access. Ask the host and they will set it up.

The tower is on Sheikh Zayed Road at Trade Centre roundabout, a short walk from DWTC metro, with paid visitor parking in the DWTC car parks directly below.
