Sheikh Rashid Tower - Level 19 Sheikh Zayed Rd - DWTC - Dubai - United Arab Emirates

Moderate Cancellation Policy

MAKTABI's event space is an open, reconfigurable floor high in Sheikh Rashid Tower at Dubai World Trade Centre, holding up to fifty guests with a Dubai skyline running the length of the windows behind your stage.

The layout is yours to set: theatre rows for a launch, cabaret rounds for a workshop, a standing reception, or a U-shape for training. The team resets the furniture to your plan before you arrive. A Smart TV, speaker system and microphone are built in, so presentations, panels and playlists run without hired AV.

Best for product launches, networking evenings, panel discussions and fireside chats, workshops and masterclasses, corporate training days, community meetups, press briefings, AGMs, team celebrations and filmed events.

Included with every booking: flexible layout and furniture reset, Smart TV, speaker and microphone, high-speed Wi-Fi, coffee and tea, filtered water, reception meet-and-greet, and access to restrooms and break-out areas on the floor. Catering can be arranged on request, and printing is available at AED 0.5 per page black and white and AED 1 per page colour.

Half-day (4 hours) and full-day (8 hours) packages are available as add-ons. Please tell us your preferred layout at least 48 hours in advance so the room is ready when you walk in. Paid visitor parking sits in the DWTC car parks directly below the tower.

The tower is on Sheikh Zayed Road at Trade Centre roundabout, a short walk from DWTC metro, with Emirates Towers, DIFC, Downtown Dubai and Business Bay all a short drive away.
