Moderate Cancellation Policy

Modern Hall is Fabric.a Studios' minimalist daylight studio at the Jebel Ali branch - a contemporary space built around an 8 x 4 metre rooftop window that floods the hall with natural light, with direct sunbeams crossing the room from 10:00 to 15:00.

Grey and white tones, custom-made furniture and textured walls give a clean, architectural backdrop that suits fashion, corporate and product work without any additional set dressing.

Professional lighting is included in the hourly rate: Profoto and Godox strobes, Nanlite and Aputure continuous heads, softboxes, octaboxes, reflectors, umbrellas, spot/projection attachment, fresnel lens and colour gels. An in-studio assistant and an in-house lighting photographer are included with every booking, and the makeup and lounge zone is separate and free to use.

Ideal for fashion editorials, corporate headshots and team portraits, product and e-commerce photography, interviews, brand campaigns, lookbooks and video content. Minimum booking is one hour, with the reservations team available daily 10:00 to 22:00. Free parking on site, easy access from Al Furjan, Discovery Gardens and Palm Jebel Ali.

Layout and dimensions: the floor plan is included in the photos. The hall is a square room of 8.33 x 8.33 m, 746 sqft (69 sqm) in total, with a 6 m ceiling and no cyclorama. Daylight comes from the 8 x 4 m roof window marked on the plan, which throws direct sunbeams across the floor between 10:00 and 15:00.
