2 Jannah Pl - Dubai Marina - Dubai - United Arab Emirates

Moderate Cancellation Policy

A high-floor two-bedroom apartment on the 42nd floor of Stella Maris Tower, Dubai Marina, with sweeping skyline and marina views - a bright, contemporary residential set for photoshoots, video production and content days.

Floor-to-ceiling glass runs the length of the living and dining area, so daylight moves across the space through the day and the skyline sits directly behind your subject at sunset. The interior is new and neutral - pale flooring, clean walls, a modern fitted kitchen and simple contemporary furniture - so wardrobe, talent and product all read clearly on camera.

Two bedrooms (a king-bed main room and a twin room), two and a half bathrooms, an open living area and a balcony give you several distinct set-ups in one booking. Included: free high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, fitted kitchen, washer, smart TV, and access to the building's pool and gym on request.

Ideal for: fashion and lifestyle photoshoots, real estate and interiors photography, brand and product content, social reels and TikTok, influencer and UGC days, interviews and talking-head video, and small commercial film shoots.

Five minutes from JBR Beach, seven minutes from Dubai Marina Mall, ten minutes from Ain Dubai and around thirty minutes from Downtown Dubai.
