Bahar 1 - Dubai Marina - Jumeirah Beach Residence - Dubai - United Arab Emirates

Moderate Cancellation Policy

A top-floor two-bedroom apartment on the 40th floor of Bahar 1 in Jumeirah Beach Residence, with an uninterrupted Dubai Marina and skyline view - a bright, elevated residential set for photoshoots, video production and content days.

Full-height windows wrap the open-plan living and dining area, so the space fills with clean natural light all day and looks straight down the Marina at golden hour. The interior is contemporary and neutral - light floors, soft furnishings and a fitted kitchen - giving you a premium, uncluttered backdrop that works for fashion, interiors and product work alike.

Two bedrooms (king bed and twin singles), two and a half bathrooms, a generous living area and a balcony give you several distinct set-ups in one booking. Included: free high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, fitted kitchen, washer, smart TV, a complimentary private parking space and community pool access.

Ideal for: fashion and lifestyle photoshoots, real estate and interiors photography, brand and product content, social reels and TikTok, influencer and UGC days, interviews and talking-head video, and small commercial film shoots.

Four minutes' walk to JBR Beach and The Walk, four minutes to the Dubai Tram, five minutes' drive to Dubai Marina Mall and around 25 minutes to Downtown Dubai.
