Upper floor dining room at Three by Eva, an architecturally striking restaurant space framed by oversized arched picture windows that look directly onto the Downtown Dubai skyline and Burj Khalifa.

This is one of the most cinematic restaurant venues available for private hire in Dubai — built for content creators, hospitality brands, editorial productions, and intimate events.

The room is anchored by a series of floor-to-ceiling arched windows that flood the space with natural daylight and deliver postcard-perfect skyline framing from every angle. Custom round-back chairs in textured ivory and tropical botanical prints, hand-turned fluted pedestal tables, herringbone wood floors, plush green velvet banquettes, and sculptural wire pendant lighting create a refined contemporary-Mediterranean atmosphere. A neon "Three by Eva Halasa" signature wall offers an iconic branded backdrop, while the macramé-canopied balcony terrace provides an additional indoor-outdoor shooting zone with skyline views.

Lush tropical greenery, oversized ceramic urns, fluted sage-green cabinetry, and curated decorative pieces give every corner editorial range. Multiple table configurations accommodate intimate two-tops, group dining, and banquette-style layouts.

Ideal for: restaurant photoshoots, hospitality content, fashion editorials, brand campaigns, lifestyle videos, podcast filming, influencer collaborations, intimate dinners, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday celebrations, business meetings, and product launches.

Highlights: Burj Khalifa and Downtown skyline views, arched picture windows, balcony terrace, natural daylight, neon-signage feature wall, herringbone wood floors, climate-controlled, prime Al Wasl Road location, opposite Box Park.
